Payments

Quote, order and initial payment

Once the sofa design has been defined and accepted, an initial payment of 50% is required to start production.

The estimated production time is approximately 3 months from the acceptance of the quote and the initial payment. This period may be affected by times of high demand, holidays or public holidays.

In any case, the valid deadline will be the one expressly stated in the quote approved by the customer.

This payment is considered a confirmatory deposit.

Final payment

The remaining 50% must be paid before home delivery or in-store collection.

Payment is accepted in cash, by bank transfer or by card.

If payment is not completed, the product will not be delivered.

Cancellations and changes

As this is a customised product, cancellations, changes and returns are not accepted once the order has been confirmed, except as provided by law.

The sofa is covered by the legal warranty, which does not cover damage caused by pets.

Storage in case of postponed delivery

When the customer is notified that the sofa is finished, full payment of the order becomes due, even if they do not wish to receive it immediately.

Ocre Barcelona may keep the product at its facilities, provided the order has been paid in full.

While the sofa remains in storage, a fixed fee of €25 per month will apply for storage and maintenance.
