Shipping

Delivery time:

• Your sofa will be ready within an estimated period of 3 months from the acceptance of the quote and the initial payment. Delivery dates are indicative and may vary depending on the delivery route.

Accessibility and special conditions:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is direct access for transporting the sofa to their home.
• If auxiliary means are required (such as a lifting platform) due to the absence of a lift, narrow staircases or lack of space, these additional costs shall be borne by the customer. Ocre Barcelona is not responsible for municipal permits or licences.
• The customer must inform us in advance if their home presents any of these difficulties before the quote is prepared. If we have not been notified beforehand and the use of these additional means becomes necessary, additional fees will apply at the time of delivery.

Delivery areas:

Delivery and assembly are free of charge in Catalonia and Andorra, where deliveries are carried out exclusively by our own staff, guaranteeing a careful, punctual service specialised in high-end custom sofas.

For the rest of mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, transport carries an additional cost: shipping and assembly are arranged and paid for by the customer. The transport agency may be chosen by the customer or, if preferred, proposed by us, always with transparent quotes and no added commissions.

The same applies to deliveries to other countries: the customer bears the costs of transport, customs, assembly and any other cost associated with delivery at destination.

We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
